Found a way to install deadbeef.

Downloaded the package https://builds.garudalinux.org/repos/chaotic-aur/x86_64/deadbeef-1.9.6-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst

I found it here https://archlinux.pkgs.org/rolling/chaotic-aur-x86_64/deadbeef-1.9.6-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst.html

And in pamac installed it. Now there is deadbeef installed.

@FabioLolix Yes, sourceforge is blocked in Russia. Is there a possible way to install AUR package?

I understand there is a patch - it would be nice to include it with the PKGBUILD.

@uhthomas the post before yours was mine and said I've got problems with the patch and I'm not sure I'll finish this weekend, help welcome if I hadn't problems I would have already included it!!

1.9.6 compiles properly. Tested PKGBUILD with updated versions and checksums: https://github.com/gladykov/deadbeef/blob/master/PKGBUILD
