okay think i found the problem. all tests passing again

Building fails to tangle and compile the core Inform 7 v10 kits.
(Build failed at ''/home/jcorvera/build/inform7-git/src/inform/inter/Tangled/inter' -architecture 16 -build-kit 'inform7/Internal/Inter/BasicInformExtrasKit' ')make checkis throwingthe error was detected at line 70 of "inter/pipeline-module/Chapter 4/Load Binary Kits Stage.w". This should never happen, and I am halting in abject failure"These errors don't happen when compiled manually.
