I would suggest you use https://github.com/BioArchLinux/Packages repository to use this pkg. I see the git version now actually needs zig. We would like to fix this commit after next stable tag, current tag is full of mistake.

I think this package is missing a dependency, namely zig? When I installed I got the error "zig: command not found", but once I installed zig the install continued beyond that point. (It still errored though, I've yet to get a successful build, but that may well be because I'm a noob.)
