Updated. Changes the permissions on index.theme to 644.

The icon set didn't initially show up for me. I had to modify permisions on the index.theme file in order for them to show up.

Initial Permisions:
-rw------- 1 root root 6901 2008-08-21 22:39 index.theme

Modified Permisions:
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 6901 2008-08-21 22:39 index.theme
