I know I'm missing many more libs here, but try installing these (and their dependencies):

lib32-libcanberra
lib32-libxpm
lib32-gtk2

When launching from cli in arch64

# adobe-air /opt/tweetdeck/TweetDeck_0_34.3.air
I get The error:
Error loading the runtime (libgtk-x11-2.0.so.0: wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS64)

Would this help you understand why is not working on 64 archlinux ?
