Please add following line to the PKGBUILD:
sed -i 's!/usr/lib/kde4/share/kde4/services/ServiceMenus!/usr/share/kde4/services/ServiceMenus!' qnapi.pro
It corrects qnapi integration with KDE4.

To not introduce new veribles, You can change
_pref=$startdir/pkg/usr
to
local _pref=$startdir/pkg/usr
