I think your update.sh script can be replaced by a simpler nvchecker configuration file and using pkgctl:

Yes, Antigravity CLI is closed-source, so we download prebuilt binaries and package them. As per archwiki: "For non-free software, if the sources are not available, the -bin suffix should not be used."

It's not built from source? But instead downloading the binary directly?
