you have to change the Dependency `xorg-fonts-alias'
to xorg-fonts-alias-100dpi

Some fonts don't have ttf in the new version (0.132).

Because of a clean-up during 0.132 bump, you may see this error during update:
error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
culmus: /etc/fonts/conf.d/61-culmus.conf exists in filesystem
The file is safe to remove - from now it's managed inside the package itself.

Font cache updating is now done through a pacman hook. I think you can drop the install file and all the dependencies now.

the config file should be update thou the last changes in fontconfig
