@cloliv: That option isn't being used anymore as the round theme was dropped. Apparently you have an out of date copy of the PKGBUILD.

keep getting this error:

ERROR: Unrecognized installation option '-r'.
Try './install.sh --help' for more information.
==> ERROR: A failure occurred in package_fluent-round-icon-theme-git().

any fix?

@TheRedOne: Disable debug in your makepkg.conf.

for some reason this keeps hanging here

==> Tidying install...
  -> Removing libtool files...
  -> Purging unwanted files...
  -> Removing static library files...
  -> Copying source files needed for debug symbols...

any idea why?

Hi - the rounded version has been removed from the upstream repository. You'd have to remove the build rounded function from PKGBUILD.

@MarsSeed: fluent-black-icon-theme-git is now added.

I just saw there is a newer 'black version' of the panel icons, installable by using the ./install.sh --black option.

Could you maybe add a subpackage for it like fluent-icon-theme-black-panel?

Not sure how much work it would entail. The install script uses sed for preparing the black variant, replacing some color values in SVG files. It needs to be ensured it does not affect the other packages. [1]

On the preview image the black variant looks nice. :)

Thanks, I edited the pkgbuild earlier. I will reset and update it
