I get an error 'error while loading shared libraries: libicuuc.so.73' with this package due to an update to 'icu' package to 74... yesterday.

Using megasync package with compiling works. So I guess this megasync-bin just needs a recompile

@wolfjb: My aim is to keep in sync with the official repository and there (at the time of writing) the package is still stuck at version 4.9.6-2.

It might make sense in the future to host our own repository, just to avoid temporary breakage of this AUR package every time there is a new upstream release.

But at the same time, for obvious security reasons, I cannot pull from a random MEGA folder. Who owns it? That package does not even come with its signature file.

EDIT:

With apologies, I seem to be on the early adopters list and that is why I was offered the link from Mega to upgrade to the newer version. I thought I was being helpful. I guess nevermind me.

@Neurognostic thanks, don't understand why they deleted it, even with a comment about the link working...

@spsf64 [PRQ#44169] Deletion Request for megasync-bin

Voted again, thanks for maintaining this! Why zaujulio requested the deletion?

Dear users,

you might have noticed that this package appears to be new. This is because it was recently deleted per request of the user zaujulio.

I resurrected the package, but all the existing comments and metrics are now gone. If you voted for this package in the past, please consider doing it again as your previous vote has gone lost.
