configure fails without intltool, it should be added to makedepends.

I synced the svn part with the official svn PKGBUILD prototype and reworked a bit to make it comply with Packaging Standards. I upped it here http://aur.pastebin.com/wkMUE1G5 This should hopefully make svn part more compliant and secure against errors (Until now i got a lot of them by svn)

configure has been deleted from upstream: you need to add "./autogen.sh" before the configure line :)
