The DKMS packaging guidelines[0] state quite specifically "Do not include linux-headers – or any other Linux header package – to the PKGBUILD". Having linux-headers as a dependency forces me to install linux-headers, when I already have my kernels headers installed. Could you please remove?

Please read this warning from the Shufflecake developers:
WARNING: Shufflecake is still experimental software, please do not rely on its security or stability.
Furthermore, this package currently only works on kernels <6.4 - so for now you will have to use something like the LTS kernel. I've tested it and it works. As you can see in the dependencies, this package requires DKMS - so you don't have to think about loading the dm-sflc.ko kernel module, the package will do that for you (and rebuild when you update your kernel).
