Set CMAKE_INSTALL_LIBDIR=lib (since lib64 is a symlink to lib)
Otherwise the next error will happen:
100% error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
cppkafka-git: /usr/lib64 exists in filesystem (owned by filesystem)
