Updated to install any plugins shipped
Install any plugins in src/gui/runtime/ to /usr/share/nvim/runtime.
Specifically these:
https://github.com/equalsraf/neovim-qt/tree/master/src/gui/runtime.
Also required a .install file be made to update the helptags for neovim
so that any docs installed are accessible.
