Follow Arch Linux RFC16: Use SPDX license identifiers in PKGBUILDs
In Arch Linux RFC16, Arch Linux decided to use the SPDX license identifier in PKGBUILDs.[1]
The Packaging Guideline on Arch Wiki has been updated.[2]
