fix StartupWMClass in the desktop file
From a bug report:
The thunderbird-beta-bin.desktop file is not 100% correctly configured,
because when I click on the Thunderbird Beta app icon in Arch Linux with
GNOME 40 the app is duplicated in the GNOME dock:
But after replacing all StartupWMClass=thunderbird with
StartupWMClass=thunderbird-beta inside the thunderbird-beta-bin.desktop
file:
The app is no longer duplicated in the GNOME dock:
