Update to r9912
There seems to be some strange things with guile.
I fix it temporarily by making softs link on my computer:
/usr/bin/guile18 -> guile1.8
/usr/bin/guile18-config -> guile-config1.8
/usr/include/libguile18.h -> libguile.h
