Use the 1.2.post3 tag which contains packaging fixes
This fixes the issue where i.a. the language files were installed into
/usr/paperwork, where the program did not find them.
This commit introduces a separate version number for the frontend, so
it should be reverted before updating to the next upstream release, which
should bring both versions back into sync.
