Disable "debug" option
The default /etc/makepkg.conf now includes the "debug" option (see
https://gitlab.archlinux.org/archlinux/packaging/packages/pacman/-
/commit/c787e8c65e0b1c92a98f81e8dddf234042cbb4e9) which uses "debugedit"
to modify binaries during the packaging process. Unfortunately this
messes up the llpp binary (I'd guess this happens for any ocaml
program). The simplest solution is to just disable "debug".
