Add madanalysis5 as an optional dependency

Additional minor changes:
- remove ExRootAnalysis (might add a specific `madgraph-exrootanalysis` if
  requested);
- Fix the mg5 configuration to work with madanalysis5
- Fix the mg5 configuration to work with madgraph-madanalysis (i.e. madanalysis4)
