Fix GCC 13 and Python3.11 Compilation Errors (#39)
* Fix GCC 13 and Python3.11 Compilation Errors
* PR was merged in rosbag, no longer need patch
* Update .SRCINFO
* image_pipeline not in ros2.repos, remove it

* Revert "update SRCINFO for successful build"
