Systemd service now requires rdma.service, since IPoIB must be active before ipoibmodemtu can run, and rdma loads the IPoIB kernel modules and sets up the network interface. Also moved systemd .service file from /etc to /usr. Although they both work, it's the proper location for a package to install in.
