Plus some minor polish while at it:
* Change license to more common string "LGPL" as described in
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/PKGBUILD#license
* Depend on package connman, too. Strictly speaking LXQt ConnMan can run when ConnMan
is missing but given it's purpose this is pretty pointless.

Allows for running the software on both LXQt 0.10 and VCS checkouts as liblxqt-git
"provides" liblxqt as well.
Note that LXQt ConnMan Applet is still in alpha status so this change may eventually
have to get reverted should the code rely on liblxqt from VCS again one day.
