As mentioned by vaygr this was kinda out of date and handled by loop-aes.

There are two breaking changes with 2.37.1, for which patches got added.

vaygr got in contact with upstream, which promptly provided an updated patch.
For the time being I will use the provided download link. Will propably change if there is an searchable source file which contains this file.

This is a necessary update for util-linux to avoid breakage of systems.
Sadly there is no new upstream release, so I needed to adapt the patch myself.
Therefore this notice:
This patch isn't the official one. I could have done anything with it.
And it is incomplete. Due to upstream changing their man-page source, this patch doesn't include the changes for the man-pages. There is currently no documentation.
Source code changes were fairly easy to adapt. BUT they're untested and it is possible something broke in a subtle way.

Without the replacement will fail, because some packages that depend on util-linux use versioned deps.

without it will fail at the autoreconf stage

util-linux-libs-aes didn't conflict nor provided the package from the repo, which made it cumbersome to install

One entry to much and one not updated

Minimized the differences with the repo PKGBUILD as much as possible.
