This pull requests updates the PKGBUILD and additional files to be in sync with the latest official Arch GRUB package (trunk). This fixes the build on recent Arch Linux versions.

As an extra, I also did a bit of mantainance:
* Removed from the repository some files that do not need to be commited since they are already downloaded as part of the PKGBUILD
* Ignored those files through .gitignore and added a few more patterns that should be ignored since they may be generated on build
* Updated the grub-PKGBUILD.patch, which was already obsolete, with the diff between the official Arch GRUB PKGBUILD and the PKGBUILD in this PR.
