If there are more than 20 commits per update (i.e. per day) further
automatic updates are disabled. This might be the case if the parsing of
the version string is broken.

There was a problem that the package was not updated if the downloaded
files were cached (because the file exists and pkgver() reads the
version from the old file).
Now the name of the downloaded file will include the version. Checksums
are still skipped, so the package will always build, but the version in
the filename might be wrong.

- Use bsdtar instead of unzip
- Add required dependencies (see [community] package)
- Get desktop file from upstream
- Adapt man page to package name
