Switch from the git export to the signed Savannah release tarball and
verify it against the maintainer key (validpgpkeys). The tarball ships a
pre-generated build system, so drop the autogen.sh bootstrap and the
git/autoconf/automake makedepends.

The upstream v1.1 tag now carries the input-handling hardening, the
deduplicated crypto core, and the expanded test suite plus CI tooling.
No version change, so bump pkgrel for the rebuilt tree. Source stays a
git VCS checkout pinned to the tag, so sha256sums remains SKIP.

Savannah disables cgit snapshot tarballs, so switch the source from the
Codeberg release archive to a git checkout of the v1.1 tag and update the
project URL to the Savannah project page. Bump pkgrel as the embedded
home-page URLs change.
