NVidia silently updates its nsight package in the revision slot. It redirects downloads of 2019.4.0 to 2019.4.1 upon release of 2019.4.1 The only indicator is that the checksum changes. Download links for 2019.4.1 becomes available but changing the url e.g. https://developer.nvidia.com/rdp/assets/nsight-graphics-2019_4_1-linux-installer but not-yet-released download links will 404 e.g. https://developer.nvidia.com/rdp/assets/nsight-graphics-2019_4_2-linux-installer
