PKGBUILD was generated with cpan2aur (with some small adaptions) and perl-module-build-tiny was added to the make-dependencies due to a bug, see https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/46900 for details. Added a comment: tests can fail if DNS redirects you on non-existing domain names.
