Make sure we no longer match on the emulation binary, but rather on the
entry-name. The emulation binary might be a different one (see i386 and
i486 for instance). Furthermore, make sure to skip empty entries.
Lastly, note that upstream qemu now has a script to do the exact same
thing. We should switch some day..

This fixes the package to use the correct sha256 hashes. Furthermore,
it removes the built-in hashes for non-primary architectures (I simply
don't want to maintain them).
Lastly, on request, this makes sure the downloaded files are correctly
indexed on their version. This allows keeping old sources around on
update.

Arch Linux has no 'qemu-user' package, but might as well get one any
time. Make sure we provide it, so the package correctly replace each
other.

This is a binary package based on the upstream .deb of official Debian.
It provides statically linked versions of qemu-user, which is the
user-mode emulator of qemu (compared to qemu-system which provides the
system emulator).
