reason: -f only updates existing files, but we want unzip to create
unexisting files, in addition to update the existing ones

reason: previous dependencies were based on namcap. These dependencies
are based on trying to run rimword inside a Docker container, with as
few installed packages as possible. I could not run rimworld to
display anything graphically, but at least it would not run without
those dependencies.
