Added a 'provides' entry for the xf86 equivalent of this package.
Though they are technically incompatible, the provides is needed
to replace the xf86 package with this one and still satisfy the
dependencies.

The support for the legacy Nvidia ABI has been activated in the
latest XLibre Xserver PKGBUILD v25.1.8-2. Bump the pkgrel of this
PKGBUILD as well to ensure it gets compiled against the changed ABI.

Rebased the PKGBUILD on the upstream Arch Linux one.
* Changed all XLibre-specific parts where applicable.
* Made URLs static without variables.
* Aligned package description with the Arch one.
* Aligned dependencies with the Arch ones including systemd.
* Added explicit dependency on the XLibre Xserver.
* Added license information for the package source files.
* Added credit for the former Arch maintainers and contributors.
* Reduced inline CFLAGS logic to a minimum.
* Removed provides where possible since the drivers should only be used
by the XLibre Xserver.
* Removed some unnecessary files.
