Also add a .gitignore to ignore source files and build artifacts.

AUR user produnis [1] reported a list of packages that helped to get bb
running without errors; out of those, I only have xorg-fonts-misc and
xorg-fonts-encodings installed, and since xorg-fonts-misc is already in
the depends, I’m assuming xorg-fonts-encodings is the one missing
dependency. Let’s add it and see if it helps people.

AUR user pancho [1] pointed out that bb can’t start without one of the
fonts included in that package.
Also, split the dependency lists across multiple lines and order them
alphabetically, and rebuild the .SRCINFO, which I apparently forgot in
the previous commit.

AUR user pancho [1] pointed out that the tarball is no longer available
on SourceForge. Luckily, it’s relatively simple to use the GitHub
version instead.

See the [Debian changelog] for detailed information; in short: minor
build changes, and Music is disabled by default because of problems with
PulseAudio.
Thanks to AUR user amrox for alerting me to the change (though I’ve
chosen to upgrade to 8.3, not just 8.1).
