Minetest was renamed to Luanti, and this can be reflected in the
installation method, based on what package is installed. When the
`luanti-common` package is installed, then `/usr/share/minetest` is a
symlink to `/usr/share/luanti`, so the package is directly installed in
the new luanti directory instead of trying to work around the symlink.

Minetest was recently renamed to Luanti, and the URL for the content
database was already updated. So this update does not only update
“Minetest Game” to the latest released version, but also updates its
source URL.

In addition to the update, the date (version number) is now show in the
client as addition to the game title:
Minetest Game (CDB) -> Minetest Game (CDB, VERSION)
Since the authors use the current date in the format `YYYYMMDD` as
version number, it will be the date of the release of that version.
The game ID is not changed, not is anything else except the title
and the icon changed or altered in any way.

The `minetest-common` package fortunately stopped packing
`minetest_game`, this AUR package now can ship Minetest Game using the
original and unmodified ID.
Minetest Game in the CDB switched to a different title (instead of a
version number they now use the date). For being independent of the used
title, this package now uses the release date of the latest CDB package
when building the Arch package.
