Since perl-archive-zip package in the extra repository has provided crc32
command line, I've updated the package to just install crc32 manpage from
Debian. This should be included with official perl-archive-zip in the future,
so that user doesn't be bothered with missing command line information.

After noticing that crc32 command line is missing from Arch Linux,
The relevant Debian package is libarchive-zip-perl, which is
available on Arch Linux as perl-archive-zip. Sadly, the package
perl-archive-zip doesn't contain crc32 command, so that this
aur package is created to fill the gap.
