The latest release for this package uses 'poetry' vs. 'poetry-core'
for the build system backend. This can cause issues when building the
package wheel in isolation. Issue

a new release to match changes in master branch under commit https://github.com/matthewdeanmartin/terminaltables/commit/8020b8cb8ae859891a999620085d34c8d8bfe1a3
Until a new release is provided, we'll use the skip-dependency-check
flag to prevent installation issues with the package.

- Replaced deprecated setup.py calls with installer and build modules
per user 'dreieck' recommendations

I realized the archived version of this project should be prioritized
over the new forked version to prevent unintentional breakage. Might
update to the new fork maintained at
https://github.com/matthewdeanmartin/terminaltables after I've done a
little more investigation.
No actual impact will occur as a result of this update since the
original source variable was never changed to reflect the new repository.
