2023-05-08repo: patches for gcc13 includes in rocksdb, cephBazaah
These are caused by the changes in gcc13, that move previously included-by-default imports like uint64_t and system_error into separate headers. Parts of the rocksdb patch where taken from the upstream -- facebook/rocksdb@88edfbf, but more were needed for however ceph configures the build.
