Fork all files relating to managing a minecraft server into a dedicated
repository. Alert the user of this change by adding READMEs in the
directories of the server.

Fix, the value of `Type` in the systemd service file of the backup
script of the minecraft-server.

Introduce a new config flag called `BACKUP_FLAGS` for specifying
additional flags which to pass to tar for compression.
Additionally, replace `Type=forking` with `Type=oneshot` in the backup
services as to not let the backup timeout.
Furthermore, change some upper case variables to lower case ones.

Add suspending capability for the minecraft server through the control
script and an additional screen session which listens on the same port
with netcat.
* Update .conf accordingly
* IDLE_SERVER can be either true or false
* The default is no idle server
* Choose an available netcat flavor automatically
Variable renaming in .install.
Notify the user of kept directories on post_remove and alter ownership
to root before removing the game user.
Print error messages to stderr.
