this still renames opencloud to opencloud-server

Main change: Switch to the opencloud user.
In that regard each package is interchangeably.
Didn't rename any files yet, as I find this nomenclature
more meaningful.
Adopt patch and drop the current one. Also adopt
post_install message.
The patch causes the GOFLAGS line to be dropped as
it is included in the patch.
Binary is still renamed to opencloud-server.
