This directory reflects the contents of the `user` directory as to be
found in the release archives provided by the makers of *Grav* (aka.
upstream). It is here only for informational purposes.

The user provided content (including user installed plugins and themes)
actually served by this installation of *Grav* is located under
`/var/lib/grav/user`. This is in compliance with Arch Linux' [web
application package guidelines](https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Web_application_package_guidelines).
It will never be touched during installation or upgrade via *pacman*.
