All the 4k products always show a webpage with thanks for installing it. After you close it you should see the application behind. If it's not your case launch it from terminal and read if there's some error message.

Can't launch it anymore, it now immediately opens a firefox tab for "https://www.4kdownload.com/de/thanks-for-installing?source=stogram". Apparently it's not free anymore.

So the current 4kstogram-bin is setting off all kinds of warnings going throug some re.
It would be a good idea to check and see if you think it's worth the risk.
