Please check https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/home:post-factum/7-zip for a build with uasm fix and let me know if it works for you correctly.

It looks like a small change is required to get 21.03 alpha to build correctly with UASM: https://github.com/justdan96/7zip_static/blob/main/Dockerfile#L27

Nope, I keep pkgrel in line with my OBS build, and I had to bump it there one more time because of some build server glitch.
