I guess you're right about $url, there's already license in PKGBUILD.

This package needs to install a license file into /usr/share/licenses/${pkgname}/, since it is a custom type license.

I think $url should point to https://github.com/86Box/roms, since at https://86box.net/ I cannot find any direct reference to the ROMs.
