Please check which dependency is required and which is not.

E.g., "bzr" is not needed anymore.

Steps I took: * Download PKGBUILD, edit version, md5 value for 2.9.0. It gave the error I indicated below. * Try with the current PKGBUILD (without any modification). Gives same error. * As it seems to have worked for you, I asked here. * When you indicated that you will look into it, I just made a checklist of the things that you can do along the way. It was not meant to be disrespectful or demanding... (I only saw your comment now)

Ok cool. While you're are it, 1) update to 2.9.0 2) port the init script to systemd Hoping you'd be able to see to it. Thanks!

Hi. I'm unable to compile this, getting errors: /usr/include/c++/4.8.0/bits/unordered_set.h:116:51: error: ‘value’ is not a member of ‘std::__not_<std::__and_<std::__is_fast_hash<std::basic_string<char, std::char_traits<char>, [...]‘ Is it compiling properly for you?

Updated to newest release, tiny patch added to add unistd.h header to File.h and Thread.h to get it to compile.
