Dont bump rev version. You corrupted Source. VALID URL IS: source=("${pkgname}-${pkgver}.rpm::ftp://ftp.pbone.net/mirror/ftp.centos.org/7.1.1503/os/x86_64/Packages/${pkgname}-${pkgver}-6.el7.noarch.rpm") Cheers

@bersil, No that is correct. source=(http://mirror.centos.org/centos/6/os/i386/Packages/$pkgname-$pkgver-2.el6.noarch.rpm) You're looking at the upstream url not the source. Thanks for trying to correct PKGBUILDs but I suggest looking somewhere else. ;-)

bersil commented on 2013-06-08 08:52 (UTC)

DarkFox: you must eliminate ".html" in the line "url" so that the PKGBUILD can download the source.

Fixed, thanks @bleekmouse. :) I guess I used a for append in vim while already in insert mode. I tend to use A/a more than I/i. Easier to type imho. Cheers, DarkFox.

You have an extra 'a' in package() ie. the PKGBUILD says paackage() Unfortunately the package installs "successfully". With the extra 'a', however, no actual files are actually installed.
