This package is broke af. It does plenty of grinding and downloading, but does not produce useable software. The 'documentation' bears only the slightest resemblance to installation, which does not work for lack of the executable binary described by the installation process.
Author should get with the program, and do things as they are typically done for an AUR repo.
Author should pull the package until he can deliver one that functions as documented.
