This package tries to install /usr/lib/libsndio.so.6.1

It should depend on libsndio-61-compat instead.

Hi, would it be possible to make an update to this package (and for live-game-data-bin as well)? Using the updater clearly doesn't work (the update seems to work well but the launcher becomes unusable afterwards, same thing happens with the official installation); if anyone has a solution in the meantime I'll gladly hear it. Thanks!

There are a few issues still: - Missing dependencies (sndio, ttf-font, libxinerama, xdelta3(?)) - Missing license (eula.txt) - The source URL doesn't include the version, should be https://live.albiononline.com/autoupdate/launcher-linux-setup-${pkgver} - The launcher includes a RPATH that should be patched out - You can't just chmod 777 a directory in /opt, that's a major security hole. Everyone on the system can just silently change the binary to escalate his privileges. - LD_LIBRARY_PATH, QT_QPA_PLATFORM_PLUGIN_PATH and QT_PLUGIN_PATH should be removed - To fix the scaling issues with the launcher, add QT_AUTO_SCREEN_SCALE_FACTOR=0 I've taken the liberty of fixing all the issues mentioned above, and cleaned up the PKGBUILD a bit as well. It can be found here[0]. Feel free to copy from it as you see fit. [0] https://github.com/Tharre/AUR/tree/master/albion-online-launcher-bin

This package is still broken after your last update. Please orphan the package if you're no longer willing or able to update it. Thanks.

Hello, I think the same I said about the game data applies to the launcher as well. I don't think it depends on gstreamer0.10-good anymore. The launcher does not link against its libs and I could use the launcher without any issues after removing any gstreamer0.10 related packages. It would be great if we could get an actual confirmation for my tests, though. I'm sorry for being pedantic, but this old gstreamer0.10 does not have a release since 2012 and has many security vulnerabilities.

I'm getting this error when trying to install: error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files) albion-online-launcher-bin: /opt exists in filesystem Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded. It's a pretty fresh arch linux install, and /opt is a symlink to a folder on another filesystem.

I've got the same problem. In the ~/.config/unity3d/Sandbox Interactive GmbH/ Online Client/Player.log are some additional Information (see below) I don't know if this is helpful, but maybe somebody can find a workaround or can see the problem. Nothing different from my last comment, both command had the same output info. Might be some library, right? because I don't what else could be. The drivers I read in previous comments. That might be too. Which GPU do you have guys? I've an Intel HD 4400 Intel® Haswell Mobile
