Unless you know what you're doing with XDNA, I don't think installing it gives you much.

This package isn't intended to be used by the general public yet fwiw, very much for experimenting with the NPU.

I tried installing from the upstream git to see if I could enable the NPU on my 7640U for ROCm. With this program, I could confirm the NPU works, but it still didn't support ROCm apparently (the agent shows up in rocminfo but ISA does not, same as before). Unless you know what you're doing with XDNA, I don't think installing it gives you much.

Is this still needed since XDNA kernel driver released with Linux 6.14?
