Actually, this PKGBUILD tracks the Debian package [0]. Maybe you can contact the current maintainer for update instructions.

The FAQ was updated over one year ago.

I'd really like to easily bring this with me and have access offline. It's a great resource!

I would help to update it, but I'm still quite new to Arch. I would be very grateful if someone were to bring it up to date.

The PKGBUILD just uses the debian package, which currently is at 14.0-2:
