@phw: It should be fixed now. For some reason the does not have an updated file (it still has Pkg.Revision=1) which causes android to think that revision 1 is still installed. I updated the PKGBUILD to work around this issue.

The Android SDK Manager still displays this package as being rev. 1, not sure why. Seems to be installed correctly.
